A 50% non-refundable deposit is due along with a signed rental agreement. Final rental agreements and final payments are due 3 weeks prior to the event date. Rush fees may apply for orders placed after this time.
The Linen Bar currently provides deliveries within the San Francisco Bay Area. Linens are delivered 1-2 days before the event date and picked up 1-2 days after the event date at the location stated on the rental agreement. Additional fees may apply if the dates exceed 2 days before or after the event.
All cancellations or reductions of the final count require a 1-week notice or will be subject to 50% of the rental price. Cancellations or reductions made after the 1-week period will be billed at the full rental price.
Linens must be returned dry to avoid mold damage. Please remove any food or floral debris and place linens in laundry bags provided by The Linen Bar. Missing or damaged rental items will be charged at retail cost. Damages include but are not limited to: burns, tears, bleach, mold, excessive wax from candles, or anything that results in permanent damage to a linen. All damaged linens remain the property of The Linen Bar. Those charges are in addition to the original rental charges and billed separately.
